Terms and Conditions
Scheduling & Confirmation
- Sessions are scheduled in advance and are confirmed once payment is received (or once a package/session is on file).
Appointment reminders may be sent as a courtesy; clients are responsible for remembering session times.
Cancellation & Reschedule Window
- 24+ hours’ notice: No fee. Session may be rescheduled at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Charged 50% of the session rate (or 1 late-cancel fee per package rules below).
Less than 2 hours’ notice or no‑show: Charged 100% of the session rate.
How to Cancel
- Cancellations must be made by text or email to:

- Cancellation time is based on the timestamp received.
Late Arrival
- If the client is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
- If the coach is late, time will be made up or prorated, as agreed.
Coach Cancellation
- If the coach must cancel, the client may choose:
1. Reschedule at no charge, or
2. A full refund for that session (or the session credited back to a package).
Illness, Emergencies, and Weather
- If the client is ill (fever/vomiting/contagious symptoms), please cancel as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at the coach’s discretion.
- For severe weather/unsafe travel, sessions may be moved to virtual, rescheduled, or credited with no penalty.
- Sessions for gift certificates must be used within [12 months] of purchase.
- Gift certificates are refundable within [30 days]
Home Access & Safety
- Client agrees to provide a safe space to coach (clear area, pets secured if needed).
- Coach may end a session if conditions are unsafe; in that case the session may be charged in full.
Travel Premium Disclosure (full payment)
Some addresses require a Travel & Convenience premium based on drive time:
Zone 1 (0–20 min): included ($0)
Zone 2 (20–35 min): +$15
Zone 3 (35–50 min, limited availability): +$35
Your travel tier is determined from your service address/ZIP. Any applicable travel premium will be confirmed and if need be included in an additional invoice.
- Client authorizes the coach to charge the card on file for late cancellations/no‑shows according to this policy.
